No Virgin Media wall socket

Just joined

Hi, brought a new virgin broadband yesterday, it arrived and when I was about to install, I noticed that my new house doesn't have the wall socket at all. I have tried contacting all your numbers, it rang for 30mins each time with no one picking. I was told virgin media is the best in the UK but after this experience I think its otherwise for now till I get my issue solved.

You can also check for a loose cable as not all properties have a socket. Look outside for a brown or grey VM box on the wall and trace the cable to the inside. If it is a loose cable only, you will need one of these to connect the Quickstart cable.
Try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday
