Hi.
Hoping for some help please.
I guess this is a common theme, however I'm looking to move into a new property in the coming weeks however the property is showing as not 1 one Virgin can supply, however other propertiee next to it can.
Is there any further checks that can be done please ?

There could be a number of reasons why one property could receive service and not another. It’s very difficult to say without understanding it a little more so I would like to take a look at this for you and see what I can do to help.
