Good afternoon, I signed with Virgin media at the weekend and haven't received a welcome email containing details of account number, etc and therefore can't set up an online account to track my order, etc. I have received a couple of text messages but these don't contain the details I need to get set up online.
Can someone at Virginia media please look into this.

I’m in the exact same situation. Created a post, no solution as yet. Signed up last Friday, supposed to be installed tomorrow and still have no account number or area ref. 🤷♂️

In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
