New House - The whole road has VM apart from us! HELP!

Hi everyone,

We have been with VM for 9 years and are very happy customers. We have just bought a new house and to my horror I have found out that the whole road has Virgin Media apart from our address?!

It is a semi detached property with main road access and both our new neighbours are VM customers. I am absolutely baffled as to why VM isn't available to us? (Address doesn’t appear on the website and web chat has confirmed it's unavailable)

As a house with hardcore gamers and streamers, VM 1gig is a must. Can anyone help with this? We really don't want to leave VM.

    Just to add. There is a CAT-V cover directly outside our property? Surely it will be simple to connect us to VM?
