New Build - Postcode Checker

I am moving into a new build property in a cabled development. Every house is on the postcode checker except for the last 3 houses that have been completed. I have called sales multiple times, spoken with reps in person and have either been told that it’s not available in my area or else someone will call me back. The 3 houses which arnt on the postcode checker even have white Virgin Boxes on the side of the houses but yet I’m being told we can’t be connected. How can I get our house added to the checker?? as the whole development is 100% connectable. No one has ever called me back Iv called > 10 times and have been told twice an engineer would be sent out.
