I was looking at broadband availability in my area and virgin seems to be the only one providing fibre. I can see that my neighbours have virgin media and that their address pop up when I type in my post code to check availability. However, it seems like I'm the only one where my address doesn't show. And mind you, my neighbour is right next door!! And whenever I try get in contact about services or why my address isn't available... I just get a generic email saying your services aren't available to me! How and Why is this the case?
Again, virgin media is the only isp that provides fiber in my area, so I'm stuck in between a rock and a hard place!
If anyone else had a similar problem and was able to fix this please do let me know. Because at this point I'm really fed up... I might as well file a complaint...
