Hi,
Recently had the new hub delivered but wasn’t aware a Virgin wall socket was required prior. Can I get an engineer to come round and install one please?

Are you sure you don't have a connection of some sort?
It doesn't need to be a specific VM wall box.
The reason I ask is VM wouldn't send a quickstart kit unless VM was previously serviceable at the address.
