Hello,
I need a replacement power supply for my Hub 5 Fibre Internet, I don't need one for the Hub 5 itself I need it for the Internal Wall Socket. I requested one a few days ago but the wrong power supply was sent out to me and I was sent a power supply for the Hub 5 router itself not for the Internal Wall Socket. I have attached pictures of the power supply I actually need I have no Internet or WiFi until I get a replacement one of these please help.

Don't confuse the support staff, call in and report a complete loss of service. You'll probably find they have to send an engineer out.
