Hello,

I' already subscribed to Virgin media broadband. And I just moved to a new address. The agent said that I can do a Self Quick Installation. But I can't find the virgin media wall socket on my new home. Anyone can help me?

Attached photo is the only socket available in my new home.

Is there a box on the outside of the wall where this socket is located?

Looks like a rooftop TV antenna outlet to me. VM drop lines are normally underground & link to a drop box on your front wall.

If a DIY installation is not possible, ask VM for a manned installation (which is free in such a case).

Hello nmravina

Thanks for posting in regards to your services and equipment, we appreciate you raising this via the forums and welcome to the community.

As has been asked, can you confirm if there is an Omni box on the outside of the property? This would be required for the installation of services so if it isn't present then an engineer would be required to complete the installation.
