My hub 3.0 has a continuous red light and when streaming signal continuously drops out, I hope I’ve got that right, any ideas please

Please confirm it’s a Hub3 and in router mode. Also please do a pin hole reset. If red LED then persists the hub will need replacing. The other problem is probably not related, but cannot be addressed until the LED problem is fixed.
