Moving WiFi router

Hello,

The Wi-Fi router was installed in the front room of the house, which is now a bedroom. I would like it to be moved into another room. I understand there is a fee which I am willing to pay. Please can I arrange an appointment to have it moved?

We're sorry to hear the hub is no longer in a suitable place. We can certainly arrange an engineer visit to move the hub. There is a one off fee of £25 for this which would be added to your next bill, after the visit has been completed. 

We'll need to confirm some information with you so I've sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you're using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you're on a mobile/tablet device then instead, click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
