Hello

I would like to arrange for an engineer to move the router from an upstairs location to downstairs in my house.

Is it possible to to that here?  I know there is a £25 fee.

I look like to hearing from you.

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Contacting that number is useless.  I have tried it - a recorded message sends me around in circles with options for bills, technical faults, new equipment setup, changes to package.  There is no option to actually book a no fault engineer.

Hello MBottle

Thanks for posting in regards to relocating your Hub, we appreciate you raising this via the forums.

As you are already aware and have confirmed you're okay with, there is a charge for this type of call out of £25.00. I will send you a Private Message, please keep an eye out in the top right when signed into the forums for the envelope. This is where you will be able to find my Private Message and be able to respond.

Is there any update on an appointment for moving the router?    I have responded to the questions asked.

Thank you.
