We're doing some decorating and need to move where the cable comes into the house. How do I arrange this?

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Just to confirm, is this the external cable you are seeking to be moved or the internal cabling?
If this is the internal cable then there is a £25 call-out charge to arrange an engineer to come and relocate/rewire your equipment. With external it's a little more tricky.
Let us know the details of what you're requesting and if you're happy with the £25 call-out charge for the internal relocation/rewire work if that's what you're requesting.
