Move and extend broadband cable
We're doing some decorating and need to move where the cable comes into the house. How do I arrange this? Thanks

Just to confirm, is this the external cable you are seeking to be moved or the internal cabling?
If this is the internal cable then there is a £25 call-out charge to arrange an engineer to come and relocate/rewire your equipment. With external it's a little more tricky.
Let us know the details of what you're requesting and if you're happy with the £25 call-out charge for the internal relocation/rewire work if that's what you're requesting.
