Move Router to another room

I'm looking to move my router and it's connection from old home office upstairs to my livingroom downstairs, so that I can use a wired connection. Previous threads seem to suggest there's a fixed fee of £25.00 for this service. Can someone who can arrange an appointment please reach out please ?

  • Yes, £25 feet for a non fault call out.  A VM Mod should pick this up in a couple of days and discuss with you.

  • When I needed to do this, I bought a pair of TP-Link powerline adapters and left the router where it was. You can get 500 Mbit twin-packs (you need two) for around £25-£30 if you shop around.
