Hi all,
I just received a quickstart install with new hub and TV360 to replace our TV only service.
Looks like we've been given two ethernet cables rather than one and a splitter cable. We've got no way of connecting the TV and hub together. The mother in law has been on the phone to Virgin but been told you don't supply it and we have to buy one. That can't be right can it?
