The odd numbered houses in this street (circled red) are listed in your database but the newer, even numbered, houses (circa 5 years old) do not show in the lookup.
Are you able to confirm if the ones in purple are covered, please. I can supply the address etc on request.
More than likely you are in a legacy cable franchise area with HFC type cable build. These areas are no longer being expanded as it is far too expensive a job. VM is overbuilding this network type with full fibre in the next few years & you then may see some infill of unserved properties either with VMs ducting or through Openreach if it is suitable.
If the photo below is the type of box on the houses opposite (older boxes are pre-VM & are grey in colour), then the area is HFC build:
