So I literally signed up today, requesting the equipment be sent on the 20th as I move in then.. had a text to say it's arriving tomorrow. I don't live there yet. I have an email confirming my chosen date.
Registered for an online account but keep getting an error so can't check in there. Can't contact anyone as phones auto hang up! Help!
This is not off to a good start. If they have sent the box and I've not moved in, I might not get it, the current tenants might though... Considering cancelling already because this is pretty shoddy!

Just managed to log in and it's saying I'll be billed £70 on the 22nd, to top it all off.
Please can anyone help? I haven't even moved in, I don't know if anyone will take the router in for me, and if they do they might not pass it on to me. This is Virgin's error and I've been awake since 4am worrying about it!!
