Internet very fast but drops on calls

Hey, I have 1 g internet with Virgin.

The internet is perfect but like clockwork it drops in the morning when I’m on calls on my laptop. I’m situated upstairs and the router is downstairs behind the tv.

The internet is literally perfect for 90% of my wfh day but it’s just in the morning it does this. I’ve updated my laptop, deleted cache and restarted the laptop but still it continues.

I tested my internet and it’s very fast. Can anyone advise please?

    We're sorry to hear you're experiencing some disconnections in the morning.

    We would strongly recommend moving your hub to an open space. If this is behind the TV, the signal can be blocked.

    We would also recommend having a read of the helpful tips here on how to improve WiFi.
