Hi, so I moved into a new flat and the landlord has told us that virgin media is installed in the building however my flat cannot get it set up despite the rest having no problem. I am the first tenant in the flat since it was converted so isn’t an issue with previous tenants as has been suggested to me previously. I have asked the landlord to contact Virgin directly however they refuse. Any idea as to what I could do?

There could be a number of reasons why one property could receive service and not another.
