Internal white box

I have an old white box from a previous connection on my living room wall. Am I able to remove this myself or does someone from virgin remove it for me? Need it taken off and the cables removed for some work I am having done to the house.

If you aren't a VM customer, or can't be doing with the hassle contacting them, you can do it yourself as there is no electrical shock risk.
