Installation delays
I am getting a really poor customer service with my installation. Originally it should have been installed back in October 23 latest date is now march 24. But since then I have had nothing but issue after issues. Call centre are useless talking from a script and of no help. Only time I've managed to get any information is by speaking with techs in my area working on installations.
I feel like my installation is being delayed and put down the priority list due to a coma issue that doesn't seem to be being solved. Why can't someone at virgin do something to help push my installation and work with the outside agency doing the cable pull to get a solution.
