I want to track my Broadband delivery but am not unable to do it without an account number despite having an order reference number, pre-contract documents confirming my order and a contract information sheet number etc.
I can not see any reference whatsoever to an account number or area number. Because of this, I’m unable to register a Virgin Media. account.

You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them what's happening.
They are open 8:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
(It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post)
