I need some help on how to book an engineer to fix the outside wiring/box for my VM services.
Some years ago, a VM engineer was here to sort out a cable issue (between the house and the road) and the box on the side of my house was opened and messed up. I asked if they could 'move' that box from the side to the front of the house, and hey did.. but i cannot for the life of me see where they actually moved any wires! They just, installed a 'faux' box?
Anyhow, I need to get an engineer booked to sort it out as its open, exposed and I think dangerous. I am attaching photos of the opened, exposed box, which is where the TV and BBand come out of and run along the front of the house into the ingress of the house, as well as the 'faux' box they put in which, I don't know how it works.
I have called the VM number but cannot get through to anyone on the 'faults' section. I have to select options that dont fit my problem, or if i wait for an agent, it hangs up on me.
Does anyone know how I go about contacting someone to fix the wiring?

this is the 'faux' or magic box which, while neat and where I want it to be, has no outbound cabling, so i have no idea what it's doing
This is the 'real' box which is a mess and needs to be fixed or moved.
