Sorry to hear you've not been able to remove the router from the cable If you've the tool you used previously to remove the cable this may work. Keep us posted should you've any further issues at all and haven't been able to resolve this concern. 
 
 
- Client62Alessandro VoltaI'm not sure why VM moved to push fit, it hardly meets the F-TYPE standard and has been a nightmare for folks to get connected or disconnected without causing damage to the Hub or the wall socket.
