Hi,
I had a broken cable and had lost all tv and internet. A technician came and sorted the problem quickly. He went above and beyond and also sorted out a problem with our broadband that I had complained about On numerous occasions to virgin. His name is Chris and his ID is 73018. He definitely gets a 10/10. Could somebody please pass this info on to his manager.
