Help with new account

Hello 

Please can you assist I have requested to create a new virgin account as my ex boyfriend  was paying my contract on the internet till it ran out. It has now ran out and I want to take out a new contract in my name and I have been unable to contact him. I really want to have the internet back in the house and am meant to have an engineer out on Tuesday to sort.
