Help to move outside cable

I'm looking to move the outside cable as it currently runs right across the lawn which is difficult to not damage when doing garden work. I want it to run along the fence and the house. The brown box also needs replacing. Looking to book a call out appointment but can't get through via WhatsApp or phone!

If you wait here a couple of days a VM Mod will pick this up and arrange a technician to do the work.  It is normally a £25 fee for non fault call outs.

I have a similar situation my cable runs along a fence to the house and we now want to replace the fence with a wall and pave the rest of the garden, my concern is the cable is where the wall foundations will be and needs to be moved deeper. It would be useful to know what the costs of getting this done are.

Hi Matt,

the Virgin Engineer that installed my services said he’d failed how my outside cable from the road to my house had been installed, reported it and took pictures. He said it would need to be refitted, but I’ve not heard anything back yet - are you able to help?
