Havent recieved my package

Hi there,

On Wednesday, I ordered a self install broadband package, set to be delivered today. However, I have not received it, or any email from virgin since my pre contract documents. I understand I can log into my virgin account to check the status of my order, but I did not get a customer account number or customer area reference in my documents, so I cannot create a myvirgin account. I was just wondering what the status of my order is?

If just waiting on Hub delivery, call the the Sales team on 0800 183 1234 and see what they say.
Or Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Mon to Fri, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Sat and Sun. and you can book a Tech install with them too.
