Haven’t received router or contract

Joining in


I’ve received the pre contract email and my delivery date was suppose to be last Friday but haven’t heard anything since the initial email. No dispatch email or account number. I can’t find anywhere online to speak to someone regarding this or any way to confirm when it’s being delivered.

Any help please
