Getting the runaround, 4 weeks without Engineer Visit
Can someone from Virgin please help me?
- Broadband installed on 21/05
 - I was advised the service would be poor until external wire was replaced. The guy booked someone for a visit same day
 - Virgin Cancelled this at 6PM and rebooked it for 27/07...
 - I spoke with them and explained I needed it for work, they would need to come sooner or I would need to cancel
 - Since then it's just lie after lie after lie, and no Engineer visit. What can I do?
 - I WFH and really need stable internet
