Hi, I am looking to move my hub and box further along my wall, I understand from another thread (that I couldn’t reply to) that you can send me a 3m extension cable, would this be possible please

This is not a direct way to VM.
The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
