Hi there,
My street / area is enabled for 1gig service as the person at the end of my row of homes is able to get the service when I use the postcode checker. However, my address isn't showing as available and I've completed 3 of the forms on the website and been told someone will be in contact and no one ever is.
My contract is ending soon on my FTTC service and I'd love to look at joining, just want to know why it's not available and if it's possible to get a connection sorted etc.
Any reason why this might be the case? I'm a middle terrace so I though that may be a reason.

One point to note. VMs non fibre services are capable of speeds far in excess of 1Gig, so don’t just assume because VM is offering 1Gig it is a full fibre connection.
Are you on a private road or shared driveway? Is there block paving in the road or on the pavement?
Either of these will result in VM not putting in infrastructure to serve those addresses.

It would be classed a shared driveway I would imagine, just wondered if there was a way to get it installed etc.
