Hi
I have checked availability at my address for broadband. Searching by postcode returns a number of flats in the building I live in, and they all seem to have access to broadband services, however my flat number (and a couple of others) does not come up at all (it does on the Royal Mail address search functionality and all online services I use).
I can see this has happened to other users, could you please get in touch and arrange for this to be checked and confirmed.
