Trying to leave 10/10 feedback for Steve 36543 who set up our tv and broadband today but the link does not seem to work. Can you assist?

That's great to hear that you're happy with Steve's assistance with setting up you services. This is definitely something we'd want to pass on. The link you've posted is an email rather than a physical link to a web page. 

Are you saying that the email is not sending or not working? Are you getting an error when sending or a message back saying it's undeliverable? If so, we can raise that to be investigated at our side too. 

I've been able to locate Steve from their Tech ID you posted, so can pass on any message/feedback you like from here if you need.

Thanks for your reply I have re-read the supplied leaflet and it says we will receive  an email from Medallia at rather than us email this address. Oops my bad!

I will await contact from them. In case they do not contact I would appreciate you giving Steve 36543 the highest feedback from us as he was excellant
