Failed appointment

We had an engineer booked and confirmed for first connection this morning (8am to 1pm).

Had two visits by svella during the week connecting from the box in the street to a new brown box on the outside wall.

At 7:34 today we recieved a text message saying "Blair" would "be arriving in approximately 30 minutes".

It`s 14:00 now and no sign or further contact. Not sure how to rebook or even if its worth it after waiting in all morning.

We're sorry to hear there has been an issue with an installation appointment you had booked. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
