We had an engineer booked and confirmed for first connection this morning (8am to 1pm).
Had two visits by svella during the week connecting from the box in the street to a new brown box on the outside wall.
At 7:34 today we recieved a text message saying "Blair" would "be arriving in approximately 30 minutes".
It`s 14:00 now and no sign or further contact. Not sure how to rebook or even if its worth it after waiting in all morning.
