FTTP / XGS Pon cable

Hi

Does anyone know the cable type used from the wall socket to the Hub 5X for XGS Pon. 

The cable the engineer installed is quite long and prefer to have a shorter cable. 

Is Virgin able to supply a 1 metre cable that would be compatible as I bought one on Amazon and it does not fit the connection.

I would expect VM should be able to supply you with a shorter cable but also see below

I've still not been able to source one - primarily unable to find the correct cable and the one website I have found the correct one, charges a high delivery fee 🙁

Is VM able to supply a shorter fibre cable?

If you call the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111, as you're on the XGS service, you have a ring-fenced team that will help either order one or send an engineer out.
