Every house/shop has virgin media next to me, mine not available

I live in a new build flat - there’s a shop with virgin media right below me. For some reason this new build has a different post code, and it says VM is not available.

If everyone and everything surrounding me is able to get it, how can I get virgin media to come install it here too?

Did the developer that built the flats put in any cabling for Virgin Media?

With the postcode that your new build has it would be a discussion to have with Royal Mail. In terms of obtaining internet services from us may require additional checks to be made and a survey to be carried out to see if we can supply you with services.
