Please can someone send me in the right direction.
I’ve got a virgin media manhole cover and we have just applied for a dropped kerb but will need the cover adjusting/lowering.
i cannot contact anyone over the phone. I’ve emailed too.

You have to start the process by using the email address above (before it disappears) or using the contact form on the link provided above.
After that it's anyone's guess.

You could post a picture of the pavement here. A VM staff member may pick this up and pass it on internally.
