Does set up come with router cable to fit old NTL box?

Hi I have an old NTL internal wall box but no cable to connect my router that is expected tomorrow, does the self install kit come with this cable??  If not do I need an engineer out??

Hubs come with push fit cables. So you just push the connector over the thread of the wall box outlet.
