Hi all,
It looks like foxes, or something, has ripped the virgin media box off the wall outside and destroyed it.
The box and cable goes across my neighbours property and is currently dangling over their garden.
When it was installed (many years ago) the engineers didn't bury the cable properly (despite me asking them to come back and do it twice) so my neighbour had to put the cable on hooks over the wall so she could mow her lawn safely. That's all been pulled off too.
I'm no longer a Virgin Media customer, so I don't really need it re-installed, just removed and tidied up, what's the best way to get this done?
I don't want to be endlessly on hold on the phone as my signal frequently cuts out and/or drops calls 😞
Thanks!

Is your neighbour a VM customer? If so it would be best for them to call and request a repair.
If neither of you are VM customers, then going on previous cases it may be difficult to get them interested. In which case you may have to remove the debris yourself on health and safety grounds.

Thanks jpeg1, unfortunately (or fortunately) she isn't a VM customer, so I guess I'll have to get everything removed myself. I guess that means I'll never be a VM customer again and I can remove the lopsided inside box installation too 🎉
