Covert business address to residential
Hello,
We have an address that is currently assigned to virgin business.
The plot has been redeveloped to residential, and I would like to switch the service to residential.
Please can anyone else? what is the process?

First thing to ensure is that you are actually running on VM infrastructure. Virgin Business comes in two forms:
1) In cabled areas it uses the same infrastructure as residential services minus the TV component.
2) In offnet areas it uses leased lines via Openreach.
Only with 1 above can you switch to residential services. VM cannot run the residential services on leased lines.
