Connector cable for hub 3

I recently downgraded my VM package from Broadband and TV to Broadband only. According to the Hub 3 set up video I need a specific connector cable whereas my existing set-up has a splitter. Should VM send me the connector cable and how do I order/request one?

You can leave the splitter where it is & just disconnect the cable to the TV box. Taking out the splitter could change the signal balance & cause more problems than it solves, resulting in a technician visit being required.

Yes, you could just remove the unwanted cable from the splitter, but the socket on the splitter should be terminated with a special cap to stop noise ingress.
