360 Box delivered has arrived without a connector cable
The new 360 Box delivered has arrived without a connector cable (its replacing our old Tivo box). It is needed for step 1 of the installation to connect the white connector (coax) cable to the new TV box. Please can anyone help in Virgin to send the cable?? Thx in advance for your advice.
