Cannot connect MG3650 to Hub 3

Hello,

I recently moved from BT to Virgin and received a Hub 3 router. All my devices work properly but I can't connect my Canon MG3650 printer to the Hub.

I have tried almost everything (reset printer to factory defaults, disable Hub 5.0Ghz, disable channel optimization) but still unsuccessful.

Could you please help? Thank you.

Depending on how bad you want it working the option of getting your own router with 1Gb ports and put hub in modem mode is there

Check the Hub 3 is set to Security WPA2-PSK  i.e. not to WPA_PSK and not to WPA_PSK/WPA2_PSK

Make sure for the 2.4GHz band the modes are set to : b/g/n mixed
