Can i get Virgin at my house?

Moving into a uni house and wondering if this connection is okay for a virgin hub or will there need to be a new installation.

The big CableTel box is where you would connect. You should see one or two coax connectors sticking out of the underside of the box. You would connect to the RHS socket marked 'TV'.

VM should send you a 'Quick Start' kit (cables and equipment) which you connect yourself. That should get you online.

Occasionally you may find something may be unplugged between your wall box and the street cabinet when you try to connect everything. If that happens you have to call in a technician visit.
