Hey,
does anyone know how I can get a new coax cable. The wire that goes from my virgin wall socket to the router has worn and snapped or i think it was installed that way.
i have found some on amazon but unsure if they are the same quality? Can anyone please advise?
thanks

You need to contact VM for a new coax cable as you cannot use your own.
Either wait a few days for a reply on here, or contact them directly.

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.

Thanks.

Hi there @Rnutttt 👋 Welcome to our forum and thanks for your post 😊
Sorry to see that the coax cable is broken, I'll certainly be happy to arrange another for you so I'll pop you a PM to confirm some details.
Regards
Nathan
