Hi Reece, I too need an extended cable, how do I go about this? I probably need something in the order of 6-7m.

Max cable is about 3m.  Anymore that this a tech will need to attend and make one up onsite.  £25 fee for this work. They will also check the power levels after fitting the additional cable length.
