CATV Cover (Strengthen or Removal)

Hi all 

Can anyone help me find the relevant department? 

I have been given approval by the council and highways for a drop kerb, one of the conditions are as follow "There is a virgin media cover in proposed location which will need to be strengthened as cannot be avoided."

I am struggling to find contact details of the relevant department, i have tried the online messenger but that was no good.

if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great.

if anyone has had this work done and is willing to give me a rough idea of what Virgin media charged for the assessment and labor that would be amazing

VM charge something like £250-ish for a non-refundable survey fee and will then produce a quote for the work.

We have seen feedback on here reporting 3 or 4 figure sums for relatively simple tasks and 5 figures quoted for bigger jobs.
