Hi everyone sorry if I’ve posted in the wrong group. I’ve had no internet all morning, upon further inspection of my box I’ve noticed one of the cables has snapped. How do I go about getting a new one? Is there any shops that stock them? Or do I need to contact virgin?

Looks like something violent happened to it. Phone customer service and report it as a fault.
